The school supports 240 youngsters aged from four to 19 who have a range of physical and learning difficulties. Headteacher Maxine Pittaway said that without the 16-seater wheelchair accessible minibus children would not be able to go swimming or on any other trips. The whole school felt a great gratitude for all the hard work in raising the money, she added.
