The beautiful village of Hayfield, on the borders of Cheshire and Derbyshire in the High Peak, is home to the hidden gem of the gorgeous Pack Horse.

They celebrated their first birthday party on 20th August in stunning style. With a live jazz band, fire dancers and a local street based dance group, to name some of the fantastic entertainment on offer to the 400 guests, who graced the event. Donations were made to two charities, Wish upon a star and NSPCC.

The guests were also treated to exquisite food, fit for any birthday party. BBQs and the metre sized Paella pan were a huge hit. I suspect many the of the guests will be returning for more of the same from Executive Head Chef Kurt Thomas and his excellent team.

A fresh new look on the catering industry has brought amazing success in just a single year. Owner Simon Woodall wasnt surprised as to what the establishment has achieved so far with thanks to general manager Josh Unsworth and the great team of chefs and floor staff (pictured top right).

Heres to many more fantastic years ahead.
