The Crme de la Crme charity ball returned for another year, once again being held in a starlit marquee in the grounds of Dawn and Ashley Wards home in Alderley Edge.

This years ball helped to raise money for three charities close to the couples hearts, The Meningitis Trust, Claire House Hospice on the Wirral, and Macclesfield Childrens Ward.

The event, organised by Entertainment Today had an Absolute White theme. It was jampacked with cabaret including X factor contestants Ruth Lorenzo, The Risk and winner Matt Cardle, along with performances from The Voices Jaz Ellington and Atomic Kittens Natasha Hamilton.

Guests bid generously in a charity auction and raffle, with over 100,000 donated throughout the night.

Among the many celebrities who turned out in force to lend their support were model Abbey Clancy and her husband footballer Peter Crouch, Katie Price, Coleen Rooney, and Coronation Street actors Kym Marsh, Michelle Keegan, Brooke Vincent and Antony Cotton.
