Wilmslow-based home automation company Electrikery unveiled its newest concept MediaCube at the Bentley Manchester showroom in Knutsford on May 12th. It was launched at Edenhouse Estates event of the year party, which presented to the guests Eden Park, their latest luxury home development in Alderley Edge.

Over 450 prominent business leaders and personalities attended and there was entertainment by, among others, Oz Clarke and Stacey Solomon.

MediaCube attracted huge interest by demonstrating the latest technology available, including 3D movie player, digital media storage and intuitive user interfaces. The overall concept includes lighting, heating, security and an interior scheme with bespoke furnishings, all of which have been led by the Electrikery team.

Gareth Jones, director of Electrikery, said: The concept of MediaCube is Electrikerys way of demonstrating to potential customers that the requirement for a room dedicated as a home cinema is no longer relevant when wanting to achieve a high performing media experience. We have deliberately designed MediaCube to replicate a room within a home that has a multifunctional use.

The space has a special feel. It provides the magic of the cinema experience while enabling other family members, who are not watching the screen, to sit and enjoy other activities in a well-designed space. With the technology on display at MediaCube the need to be sitting in the dark really is a thing of the past.

A warm, relaxed atmosphere awaits at MediaCube which will be on demonstration by Electrikery at Bentley Manchester in Knutsford for the next month.
