Pioneering property specialists, Edengate Bespoke Homes, revealed plans for the restoration and redevelopment of one of Prestbury's most significant buildings at a special 'Showcase Event' last month.

Butley Hall is a gorgeous Grade II listed county mansion, which will be sensitively returned to its former glory as seven luxurious apartments, with three complementary new townhouses
in the grounds.

Potential buyers mingled with the lucky few who have already purchased off plan and were given the chance to view floorplans and computer generated images of the project as well
as chat to the expert team behind Edengate's bespoke home proposition; "Compromise - not known at this address".

The event was held at The Legh Arms in Prestbury village and was hosted by Edengate MD, Adele Lock. Guests included Lisa Keates of Keates Interiors, who will fulfil bespoke interiors
requests for purchasers, Edward Naden of Holmes Naden Estate Agents, whose Prestbury office is handling sales, and Mike Kennedy of Hillcrest Homes, an advisory partner on the scheme.

This is the first Prestbury based project for Edengate Bespoke Homes; the company has built up a select portfolio of homes and prides itself on its Savile Row tailor approach to bespoke
property creation - crafting beautiful homes and interiors that are perfectly matched to individual purchaser's requirements.
