The Riedel Cellar located in the basement of the Chester Grosvenor - next to the hotels huge wine and champagne cellars - so as to ensure complete privacy for diners has been the venue for many private dinners for a variety of celebrities and top business people since opening 18 months ago.
Simon Radley, the Chester Grosvenors Michelin-starred chef, created a luscious and light summer menu for the occasion. The hotels sommelier Garry Clark selected champagne and wines to match the luncheon and explained his choices to the appreciative diners.
