The Belle Époque restaurant in Knutsford hosted the special event

The Lady Taverners celebrated their 30th anniversary in style with a charity fashion show at Belle Époque restaurant in Knutsford. Guests enjoyed lunch and entertainment by Blue Dot Jazz Troupe and Charlie Womersley of Vin-X Wines and Peter Murray from Pulse of Perfumery gave amusing and informative talks about how the scent of perfumes can match the bouquet of wines.

Clothes for the fashion show were provided by La Boutique d’Or, shoes and hats by Zapatos, jewellery by PR Jones, and make-up for the models by Knutsford Midi Beauty Spa. Hair was by Toni & Guy. Just under £2,400 was raised at the event, which will buy two specially adapted wheelchairs for disabled young people who participate in sport.
