Newly opened in July of that year, the 2010 Brasserie offers modern cosmopolitan dining in very informal relaxed surroundings. Located in the former scullery of the Castle this lovingly restored section of the Grade I listed building retains many of its original features including the windows and two cast iron cooking ranges, which date back to the 1840s. These are combined with the modern day comforts of luxury furnishings, free Wi-Fi and a flat screen television, striking a perfect balance between the old and new. The courtyard adjoining the Brasserie complements by offering additional space and a modern al fresco dining experience.
Open to members of the public every day from 9.30am to 10pm, the 2010 Brasserie
operates a table waiting service and provides a unique combination of affordable menu choices, striking surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere, making it the ideal venue for all occasions, whether a quick cup of coffee or an informal lunch with friends.
