A very stylish ladies’ luncheon was held at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel, Chester.

The event, which featured a fashion show with clothes supplied by Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, Chester University fashion design students and Ted Baker, was attended by 80 ladies.

They enjoyed a glass of bubbly on arrival followed by a two-course lunch and a goody bag from Boots. One lucky lady won a £1,000 gift card to spend at Ted Baker.

Over £5,000 was raised at the lunch, which was sponsored by McLintocks Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors. The money will be donated to Children Today, a Chester-based charity that raises cash for specialised equipment for children and young people with disabilities.
