Around 350 guests and patrons of The Children's Adventure Farm Trust enjoyed the Mediterranean-inspired afternoon which included browsing through a shopping village offering artisanal items, as well as some lively games, Abba-inspired dancing and a raffle. Prizes from the raffle included a stunning £1,000 diamond necklace and a Mulberry handbag. Nobody left empty-handed; each guest took home a goodie bag worth £70. The afternoon raised an astonishing £46,000 which will help the charity provide holidays for terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children from all over the region.
