Walton Hall Gardens in Warrington was the setting for a ladies’ night staged on behalf of Appleton Thorn Pre-school Group.

Over 70 ladies attended the evening, which featured a fashion show held by Millie Belle Boutique. Stalls were busy, selling items from clothes, jewellery and cakes, during the occasion. A raffle, which had over 30 prizes ranging from an Arley Hall season family ticket and a Mere spa voucher, raised over £1,400. This money will be used to buy a new computer for the children.

Entertainment was provided by pupils from the Little Stars Stage School, Appleton, who performed excerpts from their new show, The Little Mermaid. Nicky Bradley, who has organised the Appleton Thorn ladies’ night for the past three years said: ‘Each year the event just keeps getting better! Please keep supporting us and thanks to all who attended.’
