The Snowman

This iconic Christmas film will be brought to life on a big screen with a live orchestra. Hear some of the UK’s top musicians perform Howard Blake’s beautiful soundtrack, including the classic ‘Walking in the Air’ sung by a local child soloist. There will also be a screening of The Bear and the Piano, an exclusive animated film of the award-winning children’s book by David Litchfield, narrated by Joanna Lumley.

10th

Hallé Christmas Family Concert

Gather the family for an afternoon of festive fun with the Halle. The annual family concert is packed with singalongs and surprises, and so popular that even Father Christmas takes time out to attend. There will be plenty to entertain you in the foyers before the concert and don’t forget your sleigh bells so you can join in during the show.

Family Carol Concert

The winning entries from St Mary’s Church 2017 Carol Composition Competition will be performed at this family carol concert. They will also be joined by Nantwich Young Voices to celebrate the Christmas season singing carols old and new.

Sing-Along with Santa

The whole family will be joined by the Liverpool Philharmonic Children’s Choirs and a full symphony orchestra to sing-a-long to seasonal songs everyone will know. There will also be a few surprises, and children are invited to have a go on a variety of instruments 30 minutes prior to each concert at the ‘Instrument Petting Zoo’.

Christmas Carols in the Stableyard

Get into the festive sprit as this family-friendly event. Join in singing carols with a live band, as well as enjoying shopping and dining in the Stableyard. The Christmas mansion will also be open.
