The Fazenda phenomenon opened in The Avenue, Spinningfields, Manchester in November 2014 following its roaring success in Leeds and Liverpool.
Inspired by the stylish high-end restaurants found in Brazil’s dynamic cosmopolitan cities, Fazenda boasts 178 covers, three private dining rooms with 12, 14 and 20 covers each, and an impressive bar area as well as a sheltered outdoor terrace for 40 where customers can enjoy cocktails or a selection of the fine wines on offer.
The range of 15 different cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork can be handpicked at their leisure, as ‘passadores’ (meat chefs) offer continuous tableside service. Accompanying this selection of meats, Fazenda also offers a bountiful salad bar with options including sushi, smoked salmon, cured meats and traditional Brazilian dishes.
Fazenda not only offers a great meat selection but has a driven passion for wines. A temperature-controlled wine room will show off the carefully selected wines, a key ingredient for the Fazenda experience. All staff are trained to highest standards to advise customers on the best wines to accompany the dishes.
