El Rincon, Manchester
The address is misleading. El Rincon is actually a basement on a back street that runs parallel to Deansgate. Step inside and you could be in Spain. Dishes are authentic, the atmosphere is vibrant and it’s easy to see why it delights visitors from the Spanish homeland who stumble upon its charms.

Ibérica, Manchester
Ibérica’s Executive Head Chef, Nacho Manzano, who has an impressive three Michelin stars to his name; two for his celebrated restaurant Casa Marcial and a further star for La Salgar. El Gato Negro, Manchester
The original restaurant was based in Ripponden, West Yorkshire, picking up awards and accolades galore: winning best local Spanish restaurant in the country on Gordon Ramsay’s F Word.The restaurant is relocating to King Street, Manchester in Autumn 2015.

Las Ramblas Wine & Tapas, Warrington

Head Chef Bradley Lancaster, aged 22, started off in the kitchen at a young age of 14 washing pots. Bradleys first chef training experience was working for the ‘Pecks’ group.
