Delamere Dairy supplies an extensive range of speciality goat and cows’ milk based products to retail, wholesale and independent customers across the UK, Europe and beyond. The forward thinking company have been in business for 32 years, starting in Delamere Forest in 1985 with just 3 goats. Today, they are now an internationally recognised brand supplying 20 countries around the world.

Managing director, Ed Salt said: ‘We are proud to become principal partners with the Royal Cheshire County Show. We have been involved for some time with the show through the Cheshire Dairy Goat Society and the food hall, so main ring sponsorship is a natural progression of our relationship in order to help raise the profile of the business with the Cheshire community.’

Supplying 40% of the UK goat product market, Delamere Dairy is an ambassador for ethical farming practices and operates a strict, independently monitored, Farm Assurance and Welfare Code to guarantee the best milk from healthy, happy animals. Having been awarded the coveted Queen’s Award for Enterprise - International Trade Achievements last year, the Cheshire dairy now sells a product every second making them the UK’s fastest growing food and drink exporter (2015).

Nigel Evans, executive director of the Cheshire Agricultural Society and organiser of the show, added: ‘We are delighted to have our friends at Delamere Dairy as Principal Partners at this year’s show. The main ring is once again packed with entertainment from the fast and furious pony club games, to birds of prey and of course the spectacular Grand Parade of Champions. It’s an exciting time for the progressive company.’
