The newly refurbished 24-bedroom property at The Bridge, Prestbury, sits on the banks of the River Bollin in this picturesque Cheshire village. Contemporary Grade II listed interiors blend the old with the new in the historic building going back more than 400 years. Featuring a fabulous newly designed, industrial vaulted restaurant and bar, which dates to 1626, The Bridge is open to everyone all day, every day, serving its famous breakfasts and lazy brunch, lunch, and all-day dining.
The new riverside gardens include their own outdoor bar – The Shed – the perfect setting for the live lounge music sessions, including DJs and bands, which take place every weekend on the terrace.
Diners at The Bridge can expect to find a best-of-British menu, with locally sourced Cheshire produce. For a real taste of Cheshire, the Ultimate Bridge Breakfast is available every day from 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends.
Each of the 24 uniquely designed bedrooms combines boutique with luxury interiors, many with beautiful views of the riverside gardens and surrounding countryside, making The Bridge Prestbury a popular staycation spot and a charming backdrop as a magical wedding venue.
The Vicarage, a Grade II listed country establishment in Cranage, is home to 26 new and individually designed bedrooms. The building’s 17th-century heritage has recently been re-imagined with an industrial vaulted bar and a stylish, family-friendly food and drink environment, with live sports shown in the bar.
The Vicarage has a great al fresco dining area, which has recently been revitalised with a new terrace. Live lounge sessions with DJs and bands, take place every weekend on Fridays through to Sundays on the terrace, and The Vicarage also features a new outdoor play area complete with a real tractor named Travis. u
