Living Ventures Australian-born boss Tim Bacons latest extravaganza in Manchester city centre combines a restaurant and bar with stunning contemporary appointments and racy ambience. Theres an exciting menu of Pacific Rim flavours underpinned by European cooking tradition and an exotic blend of Indonesian and Southeast Asian influences. Australias strong ties with Japan also help determine taste and style of a new and unique venue.

Northern Quarter Restaurant, city centre
Head chef Anthony Fielden, trained in the citys top restaurant kitchens, deploys prime local ingredients with flavours of the Mediterranean and beyond for his gutsy and thought-provoking menu thats brought a touch of sophistication to the city centres funkiest neighbourhood. Resolutely independent, TNQ is beginning to rack up deserved critical acclaim from far beyond the city limits.

Firmly ensconced in one of Manchesters historic landmark buildings the old Reform Club Rooms eclectic mix of antique and retro provides a lively brasserie atmosphere amid spectacular surroundings.
