Stewart Warner at the Hillbark Hotel, Frankby

Three AA Rosettes putting the restaurant in UKs top ten per cent and gunning for a fourth. Thats the ambition of young culinary star Stewart Warner whose name supplanted that of the Hillbark Hotels destination Yellow Room Restaurant. The setting is a picture of elegance with its 1795 Robert Adam fireplace and gilded Louis XV furnishings...and Warners cutting edge contemporary cuisine is an expression of brilliant inventiveness.

Alderley Restaurant, Alderley Edge Hotel

The fine dining flagship restaurant of the award winning Alderley Edge Hotel with spectacular views across the Cheshire plain deservedly won its third AA Rosette for consistently outstanding cooking. Head chef Chris Holland and his talented brigade set enviable standards by deploying exceptional ingredients to present their classic French influenced cuisine with flair, imagination and daringly innovative twists.

Pecks Restaurant, Moreton

For the best part of 25 years, Pecks Restaurant, nestling below Mow Cop near Congleton has been the venue of choice for people celebrating a multitude of occasions. Under the five-year ownership of Andrew and Sue Pear we liked the place so much that we bought it and with talented head chef Les Wassall at the helm, Pecks has modernised the menus using superb local ingredients and subjected dining areas to a chic contemporary makeover.
