This summer, you can win a multi-part family trip to Salford's heritage and watersports venues courtesy of Salford Community Leisure.

Salford Community Leisure manages Ordsall Hall, Salford Museum and Art Gallery as well as the Helly Hansen watersports and activity centre. This is a great prize for the school summer holidays. On August 15, you and your family will visit Salford Museum and Art Gallery, which offers a wealth of regional history and art within its beautiful galleries.

There's plenty of fun to be had in its recreated Victorian cobbled street Lark Hill Place, where you can dress up and truly appreciate the era. At the museum they'll treat you to lunch in the popular café and if you have time, you can pop to Peel Park, which is located just behind the museum, on the banks of the River Irwell.

Next stop is Ordsall Hall, Salford's oldest building and one of the UK's most magnificent Tudor mansions. Have a look at the haunted Radclyffe bed, explore the Great Hall, delight in the beautiful gardens, have fun in the replica Tudor kitchen and refuel in the café with drinks and snacks on us.

During the evening of August 15 at Ordsall Hall, you'll be treated to an outdoor family performance of Wuthering Heights, the haunting tale of two restless souls performed by Heartbreak Productions, plus a luxury picnic for four.

This multi-part prize also includes a family day out to the Helly Hansen Watersports Centre at Salford Quays, which is less than a mile from Ordsall Hall. You can visit any weekend up until the end of September, and have a go at sailing, kayaking, giant stand-up-paddle-boards, ringos and more.
