Real Housewife of Cheshire Ester Dee has been having fun meeting her TV heroes, fans and planning her festive getaway

Mingling with the stars at the ITV Gala…

It was my first time to attend the ITV Gala and I went with the other Housewives from the show. It was all very exciting! First of all, I wore a dress by Jovani Fashions who created a gorgeous evening gown for me with luxurious fabrics and details. I felt so glamorous (as had taken hours to get ready, of course!) and I had a big smile on my face the whole night. The event was so much fun and I spent most of my time mingling with celebrities and TV stars. I was thrilled to meet the likes of Rosemary Shrager, Olivia Jade Attwood and Chris Hughes and I was absolutely gobsmacked when Katie Price recognised me and shouted “Hi Ester!” I had to pinch myself! The highlight of my evening was meeting my ultimate legend Keith Lemon. I’ve been a big fan of his years and he was just as hilarious in real life as he is on screen!

Post shopping relaxation at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel...

I recently stopped by here to have a drink after a long hard day (of shopping!) This is such a stunning and historical building and I like that you have the option to dine or just to relax and have a drink, depending on your mood. I loved winding down here with a glass of wine in hand, losing myself in the gorgeous surroundings and history of Chester’s most famous hotel.

Letting my hair down at Cruise nightclub...

Just the other week, I was asked to make an appearance at Cruise in Chester and it was a great opportunity to meet my fans. I was over the moon that so many lovely people came down to see me and I danced the night away with them all. Cruise is a glamorous and luxurious nightclub, right up my street and as it’s local, it’s so easy to get home!

Screen siren style

what do you think of my Marilyn-style photo above? ihad such fun doing this shoot in october; old style glamour really suits me ithink!

I’m going down under this festive season!

Filming is over for the time being and I am planning to go to the place I’ve been dreaming of going to forever – Australia! My husband, my daughter and I will be in Oz for 20 days, during which time we’re going to visit Melbourne and Sydney. Melbourne seems like such an artsy and interesting place and I can’t wait to drive down the Great Ocean Road (hopefully in a very fast car with the wind blowing my hair and the sun on my face!) In Sydney, I’ll be heading down to Bondi Beach for a surfing lesson (me surfing, can you imagine?) None the less, a good opportunity to finally wear my All About The Beach bikinis and catch a tan!
