The Arley Hall Shopping Spectacular raised a record-breaking £45,000 for The Seashell Trust charity.

The two-day event, which has raised more than £117,500 over the last five years, saw over 1,500 people walk through the doors at the estate in Northwich to enjoy shopping and entertainment. On the Monday, the Shopping Spectacular’s 25th anniversary was celebrated with a Piccolino Champagne Bar and canapes from Avalanche restaurant in Manchester. Seashell is a charity based in Cheadle Hulme which supports disadvantaged children and young people.

Annie Cornwall-Legh, chairman of Arley Hall Shopping Spectacular, said: ‘We are delighted with how successful the event was and I want to thank everyone for their support.’
