The Irish Abroad 2017 ball raises funds for local charities

The Irish Abroad Charitable Trust host 24th event

The annual ball of The Irish Abroad Charitable Trust once again raised substantial funds for Francis House Children’s Hospice and the Cornerstone Day Centre in Manchester.

The trust welcomed loyal supporters to the Hilton Hotel, on Deansgate in the city centre, for their 24th ball, and also many new guests who are looking forward to next year’s grand 25th anniversary event .

Organiser Ann Billington said: ‘It was a night for raising the roof and having a wonderful evening, but also making a positive difference to local charities who rely on voluntary donations to provide essential care and services to families and individuals in Greater Manchester.’
