The 11th annual CAFT ladies lunch event raises over £65,000

Millington based children’s charity, The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust, will be able to offer life-changing holidays to countless terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children thanks to the support of 420 generous ladies who attended their 11th annual ladies lunch event at The Mere. Over £65,000 was raised at this year’s event, which had a Café de Paris theme. Guests were treated to an elegant afternoon of pampering, shopping and lunching in Parisian style.

Event organiser, fundraiser Julie Gray said: ‘We’re all overwhelmed by how much was raised. It was great to see our ladies enjoying their afternoon, and exciting to know what a huge difference this money will make to the children we support.’
