The best champagne houses in the world gathered in Cheadle.

Over 70 attendees from the renowned Champagne Academy gathered at Oddfellows On The Park, Cheadle, for the Northern Champagne Academy Dinner. Sixteen of the world famous Grande Marque Houses, that comprise of Bollinger, Charles Heidsieck, Veuve Clicquot, Heidsieck Monopole, Krug, Lanson, Laurent Perrier, Moët at Chandon, GH Mumm, Perrier Jouet, Piper Heidsieck, Vranken Pommery, Pol Roger, Louis Roederer, Ruinart and Tattinger, were tasted side by side by guests of the Academy at the newly launched design led boutique hotel.

Guests were then treated to a meal prepared by head chef Ian Moss, which was prepared to match the Vintage Champagnes of this year’s Presidential and Vice Presidential Houses of Pommery, Pol Roger and Louis Roederer respectively.
