Guests were welcomed to La Vina in Liverpool to sample the restaurant’s new menus, created by Glenn Evans of Craft Guild of Chefs. The venue on North John Street is inspired by the best cuisine Spain has to offer, using quality ingredients and produced with a twist.
Guests immersed themselves in all things Spanish with dishes such as Suqueta, Pollo Con Salsa as well as the classic Spanish tapas such as Corquetas, signature Chorizo and Albondigas.
The evening included wine tasting courtesy of Noelia Rubio from Bodegas Y Viñedos Codorniu Raventos and entertainment by flamenco dancers and Spanish guitarists.
