Raymond Blanc took the chance to check out his Knutsford brasserie on the occasion of the restaurant’s first birthday.

The Regent Street Brasserie Blanc was awash with fizz and delicious canapés, which included mini versions of the restaurant’s favourites such as cheese soufflé, steak tartare, and burgers as the renowned chef met some of his loyal customers who had been specially invited for the occasion. Lucky for some. As regulars who attended on the night, partygoers now belong to an exclusive Brasserie Blanc club, which gives them special privileges such as a free glass of fizz for each of their guests on each visit, dining deals and more.

Among the edible delights at the event was a range of speciality cheeses. Gin lovers were able to create their own bespoke gin drinks from a table laden with botanicals and mixers.

Brasserie Blanc has become a firm favourite in Knutsford since it opened last year on the site of the Loch Fyne restaurant. Cheshire Life was proud to declare Brasserie Blanc its Restaurant of the Year at our Food and Drink Awards in July.
