Children’s charity, Brainwave, held their first ever charity event on the Wirral. The Christmas themed dinner was attended by existing charity supporters, new contacts and a number of company directors. In total, the event raised £1,490 for the charity that helps children, living with disabilities and additional needs, to achieve greater independence. The funds raised will support its world class children’s therapy centre located in Birchwood, Warrington.

Richard Clarke, head of regional fundraising said: ‘It was a brilliant evening and we deeply appreciate all who attended to support the charity, including those who took part in the raffle and auction on the night.’
