The glamorous evening included a three course dinner, a raffle and a live and silent auction.

The elegant Hilltop Country House in Prestbury was the venue for Alderley Edge School for Girls’ annual Bursary Ball.

Almost 100 guests were blessed with fantastic summer weather for the occasion which boosts the coffers of the School’s Bursary Appeal, enabling girls to attend the school who would not otherwise have the financial means to do so.

The glamorous evening included a three course dinner, a raffle and a live and silent auction.

The host for the night was well-known DJ Darren Proctor, who also provided the music. The School thanked programme sponsors and local businesses for donating prizes which helped make the evening a great success, raising thousands of pounds for the Bursary Fund.
