Where is the best place to view snowdrops in Cheshire?

After the cold weather of winter, it’s always uplifting to see the first signs of Spring.

The most visual clue of the changing seasons is the arrival of snowdrops, these carpets of white blooms are an elusive experience and only last for a couple of weeks.

The most popular spots are around some of our stately homes such as Arley Hall, Dunham Massey, Rode Hall and Norton Priory.

The arrival of snowdrops is around the beginning of February, but if we’ve had a mild winter, you might see them even earlier.

Keep a look out for them.

Why don’t you upload your snowdrop photos to the Cheshire Life reader photo gallery?
